London Design Festival 2023 – Conversation and Drinks

In our London Shoreditch Studio space to celebrate our LDF 2023 exhibition – Women Behind the Weave: Bauhaus to Bosphorus – on Tues 19th September, we will host a panel of experts to explore themes covering social innovation, welfare initiatives, weaving communities, the value of materials, and craft processes.

Our speaker panel includes Reto Aschwanden of NGO fair trade Label STEP who audit every part of our production process, and will be chaired by Caroline Till, co-founder of Franklin Till, a futures research agency, working at the intersection of disciplines, who are committed to building sustainable innovation. Till previously headed up MA Material Futures at Central St Martins, University of Arts London.
