Interwoven: Artist-Designed Rugs from the Christopher Farr Archive

Interwoven: Artist-designed rugs from the Christopher Farr Archive paired with curated works from Foss and Dusk & Sun.

This month during Frieze, 1846 Echo Park Ave. will host a dual exhibition from Christopher Farr’s archive of artist designed rugs.

Dusk & Sun will showcase new works by DUSK inspired by the craftsmanship and woven forms of the Bauhaus, alongside rugs by Anni Albers, Josef Albers & Gunta Stolzl. Foss will showcase rugs from Farr’s collection exploring themes of abstraction and surrealism, alongside iconic modernist furniture and contemporary sculptural vessels.
