Description
Aoueillès derives its name from Ling’s studio in rural South West France where the artwork for the piece was painted. Part of limited edition of 250.
Born in Calcutta in 1966, Tanya Ling is an artist whose career has traversed both the Fashion Industry and Art World. She studied at Central Saint Martin’s and worked in Paris as a designer (for Christian Lacroix and then for Dorothee Bis) before returning to London to start a contemporary art gallery with her husband William Ling. Ling has shown in London with the Mayor Gallery (2018) and Paul Stolper (2019) and Harper’s, NY (2021).
