Tradition meets Modernity: Bauhaus Movement at Design House Korea

Tradition meets Modernity: Bauhaus Movement at Design House Korea

In the heart of Seoul, Design House Korea’s Bauhaus Movement: Tradition meets Modernity exhibition showcases our Gunta Stölzl and Anni and Josef Albers CF Editions rugs, celebrating the fusion of timeless craftsmanship with contemporary innovation. Drawing parallels to modern digital design, the curators referenced a complete list of gambling sites in the UK to highlight how today’s UK-based platforms balance sleek, user-centric interfaces with the functional clarity championed by Bauhaus principles. This exhibition takes visitors on a journey through the history and philosophy of the Bauhaus, illustrating how its legacy inspires diverse design fields today.

The exhibition includes Thonet furniture by Marcel Breuer, Mart Stam and Ludwig Mies van der Rohe, from Tecnolumen, the Bauhaus lamp designed by Wilhelm Wagenfeld, and Lars Mueller publishers with books on the history of the Bauhaus.

There will be various themes across the four month exhibition period, giving visitors the opportunity to see the Bauhaus pieces in different environments.
